Role DescriptionKey Role & Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with organizational vision and NEP-driven educational goals.

Translate business needs into people strategies covering recruitment, retention, capability development, and culture.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

Oversee annual workforce planning and budget forecasting in collaboration with school heads.

Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure timely hiring across academic and non-academic roles.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Design and guide implementation of the employee engagement calendar, ensuring continuous recognition, belonging, and retention.

Champion initiatives for staff wellness, DEI, and professional growth.

Learning, Development & Performance

Integrate performance management with training outcomes, ensuring clear linkages between appraisal, capability, and reward.

Review training effectiveness metrics across departments

HR Governance & Policy Compliance

Establish transparent HR policies and ensure compliance with POSH, labor law, and audit standards.

Monitor data accuracy, reporting cadence, and employee grievance resolution timelines.

Leadership Partnering

Serve an advisor to CEO and school Principals on human capital matters.

Mentor the HR Team to build future-ready HR capability.

Candidates having hands on experience of complete cycle of generating quality leads to admission closure and leading Marketing teams in a reputed K-12 school / Pre-school / Education Institutes will be given preference.
