Job Description

Maintaining attendance, leave, overtime and monthly payroll records.   Processing employee salary and preparing payroll MIS.   Managing PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and statutory compliance records.   Handling monthly challans and statutory submissions.   Shortlisting CVs, arranging interviews, coordinating selections.   Salary negotiations and offer finalization.   Managing joining formalities, document collection and employee induction.   Updating employee master data and handling exit interview & F&F.   Preparing offer, appointment, appraisal, warning, and agreement letters.   Collecting monthly performance feedback and preparing performance reports.   Handling birthday/festival engagement activities and grievances.   Coordination with operations & management for manpower planning and discipline.   Ensuring proper implementation of all HR policies at HO.
