Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of OnActive, a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company that offers innovative and digitally-led transformational solutions to a diverse range of clients. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Maintain employee personnel files and update employee information in the internal system. - Handle the application and renewal of work visas. - Keep track of employee leave and training records. - Administer medical and other insurance as per Company policy. - Prepare monthly HR reports for management. - Manage various aspects of HR Operations such as employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding, insurance, and HR audits. - Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. - Support recruitment activities by conducting hiring needs analysis, reference checks, and employment contracts. - Provide guidance on policies and their application to support employee relations. - Manage employee benefits and claims administration. - Handle adhoc tasks such as preparing work certificates. - Define and lead projects focused on continuous improvement. - Manage a team of 0 people. Qualification Required: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Consumer, Healthcare & Lifesciences, and Retail sectors. - Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements related to HR practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels. - Ability to mentor and coach teams effectively. - Goal-driven and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments. - Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
