Job Description – HR Manager Company: PAQ Trips Pvt. Ltd. Location: Delhi, India Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (with at least 1 year of current job stability) Job Type: Full-time | On-site About the Company: PAQ Trips Pvt. Ltd. is a growing travel company dealing in domestic and international packages, hotel bookings, visa assistance, and customized travel experiences. We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager who can manage and strengthen our human resource processes as we expand our operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee records. Plan and execute training programs and employee engagement activities. Handle performance management and appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Build a positive work culture and act as a liaison between management and employees. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience (preferably in the travel, hospitality, or service sector). Must have at least 1 year of stability in the current/previous job. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
