We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our growing team. As an HR professional at NVAG BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD . You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing payroll for our employees. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies and strategies. The HR Manager will ensure that the company's HR operations run smoothly and efficiently, and will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment.
