Team Lead

You are a dynamic and results-driven Holiday Packages Team Leader who will lead a team of Holiday Package Consultants. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment and is eager to make a significant impact. Your main responsibility will be guiding a team of sales representatives dedicated to selling holiday packages. You will focus on driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining high performance standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will mentor and develop team members, oversee sales activities, and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. - Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to improve sales techniques and customer service skills. - Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed team and individual sales targets for holiday packages. - Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize sales opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Ensure excellent customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. - Manage escalated customer issues and ensure prompt and professional resolutions. - Tailor holiday packages to customers" needs, providing the best possible options and experiences. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US Africa and Europe travel trends, including destinations, accommodation, and activities.
