Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team at Masters India Private Limited, with 3-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective human resource management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resource management, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
