Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Organize employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact between management and employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
