Job Title: HR Manager Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site) Experience Required: 5+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Lakhera Global Services is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources function. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle payroll processing, salary revisions, and statutory compliance. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and foster a healthy work environment. Drive employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisal processes. Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company compliance standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience (preferably in both IT & Non-IT sectors). Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
