About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes at Hotel Vivek. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compliance, payroll, and performance management to ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Oversee training & development initiatives to upskill employees.
• Drive performance appraisal systems and employee retention programs.
• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Promote a positive organizational culture and team spirit.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–7 years of HR management experience preferred (freshers with passion & skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
