Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to workforce planning and development. You will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior management to implement strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is a leadership role that will have a direct impact on shaping the future of our workforce and fostering a strong company culture.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates
Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions
Managing workforce planning efforts, ensuring that staffing levels align with company growth and project needs

Leading performance management processes, providing support and coaching for managers to ensure effective feedback and development for employees
Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals

Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR practices
