Job Summary

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HRIS Management

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
  • Administer and optimize HRIS platforms (for workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance and Compliance to reconcile payroll data and maintain audit readiness.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for employee grievances, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions.
  • Conduct investigations, prepare detailed reports, and enforce corrective measures.
  • Foster a transparent and trust-based work culture through proactive engagement.

Performance Management & KPI Tracking

  • Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Define, monitor, and report HR KPIs to measure productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Support managers in executing performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Compliance Oversight & HR Audits

  • Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws, US healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Lead internal and external HR audits with zero non-compliance findings.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation across all HR processes.

Workforce Planning & Recruitment

  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements.
  • Lead recruitment for senior and mid level positions, ensuring cultural and role alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within RCM or healthcare outsourcing preferred.
  • Proven expertise in payroll governance, grievance handling, performance management, compliance, and audits.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Keka and Workday.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, US healthcare compliance, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
