Female Candidate only Title: HR Manager (Generalist) will report to CEO Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Work from Office) 5days of working Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong HR Generalist background. This role will be pivotal in managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting our growth in India and other key markets. Key Responsibilities Custodian of Culture: Act as a guardian for workplace culture, ensuring that our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence are upheld in all HR practices and employee interactions. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, career development, compensation, benefits administration, and offboarding processes. Policy Development & Compliance: Design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices. Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulatory requirements. Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and conflict resolution. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Training & Development: I dentify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support employee skill development to align with organizational objectives. HR Operations: Administer payroll, maintain employee records using HR systems, and collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Strategic HR Support: Partner with leadership to develop workforce plans, succession strategies, and organizational restructuring initiatives that support growth in its main markets. Culture Champion: Promote a collaborative and innovative workplace culture that reflects values and enhances productivity across teams. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Generalist role. Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in HR software/HRMS systems and MS Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth.
