Role & responsibilities Recruitment and hiring: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Onboarding and offboarding: Coordinate new employee orientation, ensure smooth onboarding processes, manage new hire paperwork, and conduct exit interviews. Employee records and compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, assist with payroll processing, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Employee relations: Address employee questions and complaints, help resolve conflicts, and assist with performance management processes. Training and development: Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions and professional development programs. Benefits and compensation: Support the administration of employee benefits, answer related inquiries, and assist with compensation-related tasks. Preferred candidate profile Experience in HR or a related role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
