Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement, grievance handling, supporting performance management, and implementing HR policies. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant HR experience. - Proficiency in Keka, recruitment portals, and ATS platforms. - Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
