Job Description: As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing HR operations and generalist functions. Your key responsibilities will include handling recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. You will also be required to work on Keka, recruitment portals, and ATS systems. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement, grievance handling, supporting performance management, and implementing HR policies. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of relevant HR experience. - Proficiency in Keka, recruitment portals, and ATS platforms. - Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
