Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. As a BDM in Staffing, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored staff augmentation solutions, and driving end-to-end sales processes to meet and exceed revenue targets. This is an exciting opportunity to help expand our market presence while contributing to the growth and success of our staffing services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients for staff augmentation solutions. Drive sales process: prospecting, cold calling, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Expand client base by targeting new industries and verticals. Regularly check in with clients to assess needs and performance. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Track and report sales performance, revenue forecasts, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a strong pipeline and provide updates on sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Experience in business development, sales, or staffing.
