Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and proactive HR Manager with strong expertise in generalist functions and HR operations. The candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations and generalist functions.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
• Work on Keka, recruitment portals, and ATS systems.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Support performance management and policy implementation.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in Keka, recruitment portals, and ATS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
