Job Purpose:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
• Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals from the construction and infrastructure industry.
• Coordinate with project heads and department managers to forecast manpower requirements.

2. Payroll & HR Operations

• Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Handle salary structures, leave management, attendance systems, and reimbursements.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in payroll data management.

3. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
• Liaise with government departments and ensure timely filings and returns.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Design and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee satisfaction surveys, and grievance redressal.
• Implement HR best practices to boost morale and productivity.

5. Performance Management & Appraisals

• Lead the annual performance appraisal cycle and assist department heads in goal setting.
• Design KPIs and KRAs in collaboration with leadership teams.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

6. HR Policy & Strategy

• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and SOPs.
• Support management in organizational planning, change management, and workforce development.

7. Team Management

• Build and guide a strong HR team to support various HR functions.
• Act as the key advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resource Management

Experience:

• 12 years+ Experience in HR.
• Prior experience in

  construction/infrastructure industry
