Role Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Manager to lead our human resources function in the environmental services sector. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies while supporting our mission to create a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and environmental sustainability objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and career development
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems
• Ensure legal compliance and update HR policies as needed
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Support initiatives that promote environmental awareness and responsibility within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, BambooHR)
• Passion for environmental sustainability and experience in the environmental services sector is a plus
