Job Summary:

Engeotech Aqua Engineer Pvt. Ltd. is looking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Asisistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, client interactions, and office operations to ensure smooth functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage bills and invoices.
• Handle office administrative tasks including documentation and filing.
• Manage total office expenses and maintain financial records.
• Interact and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ensure efficient office operations and support daily activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve organization goals.
• Handle pressure and stressful situations with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Other: Must be a local resident of Sambalpur.
