HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruiter with experience to lead our recruitment efforts and help us scale efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, a passion for finding and attracting top talent, and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Position: Full-time only
Location: Hyderabad Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Identify staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
• Build a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to enhance hiring efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth startup.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Linkedin, Naukri, Behance, etc)
• High ownership & identification of ideal persona of candidates in sourcing
