Job Description

Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will lead the HR function at Drona Aviation. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s mission and business goals. You will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, policy formulation, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to final hiring and onboarding.
  • Policy Design & Compliance: Create and maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes, feedback systems, and employee development programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture, plan team-building events, and manage internal communication.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • HR Analytics: Generate reports and insights to support leadership decisions.
  • Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior HR staff, ensuring effective delegation and support.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role, preferably in a tech/startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
