Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of a working experience Minimum of a degree Working days:-8 to 7 each day Role Description Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits and PF. Collaborating with other managers in the business to ensure smooth running of the company from a people perspective. Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring. Providing detailed reports to senior management teams. Administration of employee related paperwork such as employee contract, new joining contracts, or formal notices of termination. Overseeing training and development of employees. Managing the work output from employee Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way.
