Job Description

Role:

  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning:

    Manage hiring for skilled/unskilled roles, onboarding, induction, and employee records.
  • Attendance & Payroll:

    Monitor attendance and leave, manage payroll with incentives and bonuses, and maintain documentation for all workers.
  • Statutory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Maintain registers, handle filings, and coordinate with authorities during inspections.
  • Employee Relations:

    Address grievances, maintain discipline, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Training & Development:

    Identify training needs and conduct sessions as per company policy.
  • HR Administration:

    Maintain employee files, prepare HR reports, and manage ID cards.
  • Performance & Retention:

    Support appraisals, implement engagement and welfare activities.
  • Gamification in HR:

    Use game-like elements such as points, badges, and leaderboards to make HR activities engaging and goal-oriented. Enhance motivation, participation, and overall employee experience through gamification.
  • Data Coordination:

    Coordinate data collection across departments and ensure accurate, timely compilation. Prepare clear, organized reports and presentations for the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all departments to

    collect and verify data

    regularly.
  • Consolidate and organize information into

    structured formats

    suitable for analysis and presentation.
  • Prepare professional

    reports, charts, and presentations

    for the Managing Directors review.
  • Ensure

    accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality

    of all data handled.
  • Follow up with departmental heads to ensure

    timely submission

    of required information.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Married women candidates with valid documentation.
  • Immediate joiners.
  • Willing to handle both indoor and outdoor tasks.
