ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a dedicated Zoho One & IT Systems Implementation Specialist to help our organization fully leverage Zoho One and its suite of applications while coordinating the adoption of additional software solutions. This role is crucial in driving our companys digital transformation journey by ensuring smooth implementation, integration, training, and ongoing support for our software ecosystem. The ideal candidate will not only be a Zoho One expert but also someone who is curious, adaptable, and willing to explore new technologies such as cloud telephony, field tracking solutions, and marketing automation tools . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Zoho One Utilization & Optimization Understand organizational workflows & processes and map them into Zoho One applications for maximum efficiency. Conduct a gap analysis to identify where current processes can be improved or automated using Zoho tools. Customize, configure, and manage Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, People, Inventory, etc.) to align with business needs. Develop workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to management. Ensure seamless integration between Zoho One applications and other business software. Maintain and update Zoho One configurations as business processes evolve. Provide training, documentation, and first-line support to employees on Zoho usage. Understanding Current Systems & Software Analyze and document existing software tools and processes currently in use. Identify overlaps, redundancies, or continuity while transitioning from legacy systems to Zoho-based workflows. Software Implementation & Coordination Coordinate with external software development teams and technology partners for customization, integration, or new module development. Act as a bridge between the organization and vendors to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and delivered. Lead testing and rollout phases of new software solutions such as company website upgradation , cloud telephony, field tracking, and marketing automation tools . Create training materials and conduct hands-on workshops for employees on newly implemented systems. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues until systems stabilize. IT Infrastructure & Support Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Ensure the IT environment supports seamless usage of Zoho One and other cloud-based systems. Monitor and maintain IT security protocols, backups, and system updates. Assist in scaling IT infrastructure as the organization grows. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Mandatory: Strong expertise in Zoho One (setup, customization, and administration). Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace . Fluency in English (mandatory) and working knowledge of Tamil . Preferred: Experience in implementing cloud-based software solutions. Knowledge of integration between business productivity tools. Knowledge of computer and electronic hardware, accessories, networking and servers. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Zoho One Adoption & Optimization Complete mapping of existing business workflows and processes into Zoho One. Full utilization of Zoho One applications relevant to the organization (CRM, Books, Projects, People, etc.). Demonstrated increase in process efficiency and automation (e.g., reduced manual reporting, faster approvals). Accurate, real-time reporting and dashboards accessible to management for decision-making. Process Understanding & Improvement Comprehensive documentation of current software systems, their workflows, and dependencies. Identification of overlaps, inefficiencies, or gaps between existing tools and Zoho One. Clear migration or integration roadmap with minimal disruption to daily operations. Coordination with External Teams Smooth collaboration with external software developers, ensuring project requirements are clearly translated and delivered. Timely testing, implementation, and handover of new software solutions (cloud telephony, field tracking, marketing automation, etc.). Minimal downtime and smooth user adoption during software rollouts. Employee Training & Support All employees trained and onboarded on Zoho One and new software systems High employee adoption rate ( 80% active usage of new systems within 3 months). Positive employee satisfaction ratings in training and support feedback surveys. IT Support & Stability Timely resolution of IT support requests with average turnaround within System uptime maintained at 99%. Compliance with organizational IT security and data protection standards. Continuous Learning & Innovation Active exploration of new Zoho features, integrations, and third-party tools beneficial to the organization.
