Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based at the company's headquarters in Mumbai. The HR Manager will oversee people management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and development. The role involves formulating HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, managing performance evaluations, and supporting employee well-being. The HR Manager will also develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Experience in employee relations, team management, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and development programs
• Organizational and analytical skills for workforce planning and compliance with employment laws
• Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven capability to build and foster a positive work culture and employee engagement
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR management software and tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in the smart technology or IT sector is a plus
