Kerala's leading builders requires HR manager for their Cochin office.
The potential candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail HR, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for employee engagement and development.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
5+ years of HR experience preferably in Construction industry.
Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
