HR Manager

The HR specialist/manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs within the organization.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Performance Management:
• Establish performance goals and objectives for employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
• Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale.
• Mediate conflicts and resolve issues between employees or between employees and management.
• Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Communicate benefit options to employees and assist with enrollment and changes.
• Ensure compliance with benefit regulations and reporting requirements.
• Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR or related roles.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
