Factory Worker/Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process, including operating machinery, assembling products, quality checking, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and equipment as per instructions
• Assemble, pack, or label products based on specifications
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow 5S practices
• Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
• Assist in material handling and inventory counting when required
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Night shift
