Hr Manager

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

HR Operations & Programs

• Lead and execute initiatives such as talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with HR Operations teams (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation & benefits) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions on diversity and inclusion, employee relations, leadership development, and other HR topics.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and fair
• Stay current with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactively address emerging issues.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to management.

Pre-Requisites:

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
• Masters degree in HR
• 8 10 years of progressive HR experience, 2-3 years preferably in vehicle finance or NBFC sector. 
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
