HR Manager

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Position: HR Manager

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Offered CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA

AIM ALLOYS LLP, a reputed manufacturer of Ferroalloy Powders and Metal Powders, invites applications for the position of HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess relevant HR experience, preferably within metallurgical industries, foundries, or steel or aluminium industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee welfare.
• Formulate and implement HR policies and documentation as per ISO standards, attendance, performance appraisal systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including ESI and PF.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee productivity and workplace harmony.
• Maintain effective communication channels between management and employees to promote a positive organizational culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
