About Us:

Advent Global Solutions Inc. is a leading Software Services company seeking an experienced HR Manager to drive strategic human resources initiatives across multiple business units.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned HR Manager from a top-tier B-school to spearhead our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing 360-degree appraisal plans, internal recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, learning and development programs, and employee branding.

Key Responsibilities:

*Talent Management*

1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, aligned with business objectives.

2. Design and execute 360-degree appraisal plans, performance management systems, and talent development programs.

3. Lead internal recruitment initiatives, leveraging innovative sourcing channels and strategies.

4. Develop and implement effective retention strategies, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

*Employee Branding and Engagement*

1. Develop and execute employee branding strategies to promote company culture.

2. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.

3. Foster a positive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

*HR Operations*

1. Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and employee relations.

2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

3. Analyze HR metrics, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.

4. Manage HR budget, optimizing resource allocation.

*Collaboration and Strategy*

1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand HR needs and provide tailored solutions.

2. Participate in strategic planning, ensuring HR alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. MBA/PGDM in HR from a top-tier B-school.

2. 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Proven track record in implementing 360-degree appraisal plans, internal recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, and learning and development programs.

4. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

6. Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with multiple business units.
  • Familiarity with global HR best practices.
