Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior team members - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) - Strong understanding of financial processes and risk management - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM TRM modules - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
