Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end human resource operations for a critical manpower outsourcing project with a Metro Rail Corporation. The role requires ensuring 100% workforce availability across multiple metro stations, while complying with statutory and client-specific guidelines KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruitment & OnboardingPlan, execute and close recruitment for skilled/unskilled staff across metro locations. Coordinate interviews, background verification, medical checks, and documentation. Ensure timely joining and seamless onboarding experience for new hires. 2. Attendance & Workforce Management Monitor daily attendance of deployed manpower across all metro stations. Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure zero absenteeism. Maintain biometric/physical records and generate attendance reports. 3. Employee Engagement & Grievance HandlingAct as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by ensuring discipline and motivation. 4. Coordination & Client CommunicationLiaise with Metro Rail officials for daily updates, escalations, and requirements. Attend regular review meetings and provide manpower deployment reports. 5. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain up-to-date employee files including Aadhaar, bank details, police verification, and contracts. Support payroll team with attendance, leaves, and shift records for accurate processing. Preferable Skills : Should have experience in handling more than 200+ employees in Facilities Management Services like Housekeeping / Security Services /Contract Staffing
