Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Manager at Intellectsia, your main task will be to:

Build and strengthen relationships
with HR leaders, consultancies, and job platforms to expand Intellectsias presence in the HR ecosystem.
Champion Intellectsia as the go-to HR platform
, driving adoption and positioning us as the most trusted solution in the industry.
Onboard and engage HR partners and clients
, ensuring they get maximum value from our AI-led recruitment platform.
Represent Intellectsia in HR forums, associations, and events
, building credibility and thought-leadership in the HR community.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams
to bring HR insights, feedback, and trends that shape platform improvements.
Foster trust and long-term relationships
by acting as the bridge between Intellectsia and external HR stakeholders.

Requirements

6–10 years of HR experience (recruitment, HR business partner, or HR operations).
Strong
networking and relationship management
skills.
Experience in
HR tech / recruitment SaaS / consulting
is a plus.
Strong communication, people skills, and
ownership mindset
.
Ability to
balance internal HR responsibilities with external relationship-building
