Roles and Responsibilities

Develop brand positioning strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage promotional activities across multiple channels, including digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and offline events (roadshows).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights informing marketing decisions.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
Strong understanding of branding principles, product launch strategies, promotions planning, and execution.
1-3 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
Proficiency in using social media tools (Facebook Ads Manager) for campaign management.
