Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment and hiring:

    Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Onboarding:

    Integrating new employees into the company and providing them with the necessary tools and training.
  • Compensation and benefits:

    Managing payroll, salaries, and employee benefits programs.
  • Employee relations:

    Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions to ensure a healthy and positive workplace.
  • Performance management:

    Setting key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting appraisals, and managing promotions and other performance-related issues.
  • Compliance and policy:

    Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and regulations, and creating and enforcing HR policies.
  • Record keeping:

    Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and managing HR systems.
  • Culture and engagement:

    Fostering a positive workplace culture, handling employee engagement activities, and supporting employee wellbeing.
