The role includes assisting in recruitment, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, onboarding support, and helping with HR documentation and reporting. The intern will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and workplace processes.. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities Schedule and coordinate interviews ¢ Maintain HR databases and employee files ¢ Support onboarding and induction processes ¢ Help in drafting job descriptions and HR documents ¢ Assist in employee engagement activities ¢ Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks Qualifications: ¢ MBA (HR) pursuing or completed. ¢ Strong communication and coordination skills ¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office ¢ Interest in HR operations and recruitment ¢ Ability to multitask and meet timelines
