Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Operations team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to core HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee data in HRMS and other records.
• Support onboarding and induction processes, including documentation.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS data for review.
• Coordinate employee exit processes and clearance formalities.
• Assist in policy implementation and compliance activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Handle routine employee queries and escalate where required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
• Proactive approach with willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Completed Graduation/Post-Graduation in HR.
• Available to work full-time during the internship period.
• Experience in HR operations will be an added advantage.
