Having worked with 500+ clients and touch based with over 20 lakhs lives to date we are looking for a dynamic and committed Sales & Growth Intern To learn more about us please visit www.yourdost.com Responsibilities: Support & be involved in end to end recruitment process Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants. Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations. Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. Ensure that new joiners are properly onboarded, which involves introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures Handle employee grievances and concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture. Contribute to the development, updating and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and legal requirements. Foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement through organizing events and initiatives to promote employee morale. Prepare HR reports on data, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology tools to streamline processes and enhance data management.
