Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Kozhikode. This internship offers a hands-on experience in various HR functions, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assist in planning and executing training and development programs.
• Help in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• A proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Local candidates from Kozhikode are strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
