HR INTERN

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand workplace dynamics in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help onboard new hires by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in organizing training and development programs
• Help draft HR policies, procedures, and communications
• Manage HR-related queries and provide administrative support
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
