Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Help manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions and internship opportunities.
• Coordinate HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data responsibly.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online job portals.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
