Job Title: HR Intern

Stipend: 8,000-10000

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Coordinate and support HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes.
