Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Help maintain employee records and HR databases. Coordinate employee engagement activities. Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation. Support performance management and feedback collection. Handle day-to-day HR operations and queries. Requirements: Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Hands-on HR experience.
