Job Description

Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Help organize and facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees. Support the organization of employee engagement activities and initiatives. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist with the maintenance of HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Participate in HR projects related to performance management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Qualifications : Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor s or Master s program in Human Resources or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
