We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment efforts: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain and update employee records in databases. Help organize HR-related events, such as training sessions and company-wide meetings. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and surveys. Assist with drafting HR documents, policies, and communications. Conduct market research and benchmarking for HR practices. Support in payroll, attendance, and leave management activities, if required. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
