HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR administration. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and learn about people management in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Assist with HR documentation, policy updates, and compliance-related tasks.
• Participate in training and development initiatives and coordinate logistics.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
