Hiring: Human Resources Intern – Recruitment

Location: NSP, Near Pitampura, Delhi (Onsite)
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Recruitment
Preference: Immediate Joiners

Role Overview

IIM SKILLS is looking for an HR Intern specializing in Recruitment to support our hiring processes. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment workflows, making it a strong platform for learning and growth in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Follow up with candidates and support offer-related activities
• Post job openings on various platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
