Job Overview

myG is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or students who want hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed HR specialization (MBA preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
